Promote the development of the high-level university basketball teams.ResearehMethods : This paper mainly use a literature data method, expert consultation, questionnaire , on-the-spot investigation and logic analysis method.main conclusions:1,The admissions system of high-level basketball team is too formalist, matriculate range is small, the students' quality is not good enough;2,The goal of to open the high-level basketball team is too low;3,The basketball game too fewer, the schedule is too short, It is not good for the development;4,Coaches of basketball teams full-time degree is not high, lack of high level of coaching experience, training methods too old;5,Basketball team funding sources of a single, cannot completely meet the team training and competition needs;6,The universitis with the team's incentive mechanism is not sound, and unable to fully mobilize coaches and players to the enthusiasm of training and competition; 7,Universities in the management of Basketball players is not perfect, it Can't satisfy them in learning, training and employment needs.
