Since the reform and opening, ideological and political education began exploring course in modernization. Ideological and political education modernization is a course from traditional "social need theory" paradigm turning to modern "people-oriented" paradigm, particularly the change and development in concept of person is a core proposition in the transmutation process. Grasping, respecting, meeting the demand of college students is just "people-oriented" education idea, standing the demand of students promoting the ideological and political education is a urgent requirement in "people-oriented" concept .This article standing on college students' needs investigation, analysis the characteristics and the insufficient in students demand of traditional ideological and political education and explains the modern value from college students' demand in modern ideological and political education, and based on the ideological and political education gradation to explore its realization. This paper explain hierarchic ideological education in the perspective of students demands from angle innovation, data innovation, path innovation. specifically, this article will explain it from the following six parts.The first part: in this paper, we start the research of domestic and foreign research situation, and make a brief comments, we use the Marx "people need" theory, scientific development perspective as direction, mirror Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs and the Chinese traditional teaching students according to their aptitude theory, lastly we proposed innovative four-dimensional path from the angle of college students' needs in ideological and political education. the paper discuss significance in stratified ideological and political .Part 2: Defining the gradation, the concept of ideological and political education gradation, analyzes the ideological and political education object hierarchy, target gradation, the hierarchy process method gradation, and the logic relation between students'demand and political education gradation.Part 3: Standing the analysis in survey form the national 20 universities, we explain the missing in cognize students'demands in ideological and political education from the time, the subjectivity, demand of individuality and phase, expansibility, diversity. Part 4: Through the survey data, we analyzes the college students' needs characteristic form epochal character, different types of demand levels of superposition interactivity, different stages demand, different sexes, different individual demand level difference, and the strength of the different strength demand levels.Part 5: From today's ideological and political education on college students' needs of cognition deficiency, we analysis the college students' ideological and political education needs hierarchy modern value, based on the grim task from the human-oriented idea request, realize education social goals and personal growth target unifies, improve the success of ideological and political education effectiveness.Part 6: Based on grasping college students' needs and college students' cognitive characteristics of demand, using hierarchy, grasping the systematic dialectical method with individual level group and level objective request, pay attention to the social requirements and personal growth consistent success needs education goal level, adhere to the holistic level with periodical hierarchy process requirement, insist on the individual level group levels and objective requirements. We propose the 4-dimensional path form paying attention to insist on group level and individual levels of education, education goal in combining the realization of social goals and personal achievement goals in education method of unity, the overall levels and pay attention to insist on education, the stage level education process to realize double subject level education .This paper use literature study, research methods, integrate theory with practice, to analysis the college students'demands, sand the logic relation between students'demand and political education gradation. We hope this research give some advises to reduce the blindness of ideological and political education, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness and promote the comprehensive development of students.
