Initial Study On Gym Teachers' Training In Rural Primary School Of Dalian

from the research on the practice in physical education and the theory of it and social inquisition result which was from the survey to the primary schools in village of Dalian north three cities(Wafangdian, Pulandian and Zhuanghe)and Jinzhou area, I find that in the rural primary school there are not enough gym teachers and the qualified rate of them is low , causing the physical education of the rural primary school fall behind. In order to improve the quality of physical education there, we must train qualified primary school gym teachers immediately. As to this purpose, first, the teaching of the normal school should change conception and set up the thought which serves the foundation physical education; Secondly, we must make clear the athletics work ability which was needed by a qualified primary school teacher and combine with the need of primary school gym teacher 's ability in《the standard of physical and healthy course》to develop normal school students creative ability and humanity quality. Lastly, we will reform the course setting , strengthen the study on athletics theory and improve the teaching method and teaching organized form, so that the athletics teaching ability can be improved. In a word ,to make normal school students be equal to teaching method of physical education in rural primary school in future ,we must widen the channel of physical education and strengthen normal school students'athletics teaching ability , in this way, we can solve the problem about shortage of physical education teachers in rural primary school.
