New school teachers in rural areas acted as the new blood of rural teaching staff, their current living situation directly influences their life and work, it is closely connected with the later career development and the stabilization of rural teaching staff. The paperr selected new country teachers as research object, and collected some related materials through some research methods such as literature, interview and participatory observation. In the light of their special cultural background and environmental transition, this paper deeply grasped new rural teachers'living situation and showed their living problems.Furthermore,based on the sociological perspective, this paper tried to parse the reasons and seek for some measures from school and teacher two levels.The article is comprised of four parts.Partâ… :Introduction.This part introduced the domestic and foreign related research and looked into the existing reserch status. At the same time it explained some important concepts, and illustrated the surroundings, meaning and methods of the study.Partâ…¡:This part proposed the new teacher in rural areas should have the harmonious, free and continuous existence. However, they are the embarrassed people in rural areas, marginal men in school field and strugglers in teaching field.Partâ…¢:This part parsed the reasons from new teachers individual and school two levels, and mainly summed up the four criteria listed below:urban-rural cultural conflict; covenant of school management bureaucracy mode; rural schools'educational value orientated benthamism; new teachers'passive options and response.Partâ…£:This part suggested some ideas to improve the new school teachers'living situation. For example, teachers need to develop village feelings, improve cross-cultural survival ability, constantly grow during the reflection. Moreover, the school should construct the humanistic management system, perfect evaluation system and gemeinschaft etc.
