A Research On The Ideological And Political Education Design For Freshmen In University

The first-year of university is an inevitable stage for every university students and also an important time for the ideological and political education. It's a major issue to be resolved urgently about how to design the ideological and political education scientifically. Since the "Reform and Opening up", especially after the 4th Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee, the ideological and political education has made considerable achievements and has accumulated a lot of experience. But we should realize that there are still many inappropriate parts need to change and meantime many weak links need to strengthen about the ideological and political education as the international and domestic situation is changing. This thesis of "A Research On the Ideological And Political Education Design For Freshmen " combines the theory with practice; analyses from the basic theory of designing, the content and principles of designing, proposes the contemporary design of ideological and political education content for the freshmen in university. It also explores the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological and political education for freshmen in university.The thesis is divided into three parts:Part I:By combing the theoretical concepts of the ideological and political education of freshmen in university, it summarizes the new features. It provides a preliminary study of necessity and practical requirements for the ideological and political education and points out the research value of the ideological and political education. Those found the basis for further research.Part II:The design basis and principles of the ideological and political education for freshmen in university. First, it analyzes the main basis for design of ideological and political education, then describes basic principles of design, the above two are the requirements must be followed for the ideological and political education design, thus they are difficulties for study.Part III:The contemporary design of ideological and political education for freshmen in university. Through expanding the range and depth of the content of the ideological and political education of freshmen, this thesis proposes that the scientific content design is the end-result, innovation and the emphasis of this paper.This paper argues that the first premise of the scientific design of ideological and political education of freshmen in university is identifying the characteristics of freshmen. It should adhere to people-centered educational philosophy. It combines the social development and times requirements. With broadening the way and integrating the ideological and political education resources, it improves the ideological and political education of freshmen content system, ensures the final effective implementation of the ideological and political education of freshmen in university.
