To cultivate virtue,wisdom,body,full development of socialist builders and successors,we must put moral priority prominent.The Enforcement of morality education should be started from teenagers.For school moral education,its aim is to cultivate the young people to establish a correct world outlook,and the main way of an important channel for the outlook on life and values,which is an important carrier of ideological and political education in elementary and middle schools,education system plays a fundamental role in moral education,in Ideological and political moral curriculum of primary and secondary schools,and has direct effects on strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of young students.Based on the current ideological and political moral course of the teaching content system in high school,from the content of logic The cultivation goal,the cultivation way and such aspects provide beneficial exploration for us to do well in the ideological and political moral character education of primary and middle schools,and provide a reference for the rationalization of elementary and middle schools' ideological and political moral course teaching material construction.This paper based on Marxist theory,it introduces the basic theory as our country elementary and middle schools ideological and political course construction of teaching content system,and in the ideological and political qualities of primary and secondary school curriculum teaching content system construction in the guiding ideology,practice and training objectives reflect the theoretical basis and the close.And then starts from the analysis of the teaching material and introduces the teaching content system's basic characteristics of current ideological and political qualities of our school curriculum,training objectives according to the textbook contents corresponding to the curriculum standard,according to different segment summed up the basic framework of each stage of primary and middle school ideological and political course teaching contents and values training goal.And finally it focuses on the practical problems existing in current the ideological and political qualities and the teaching materials content system,analyzes the causes from the ideological roots and social realistic origin of understanding,and puts forward the strategy.This paper argues that pay too much attention to western educational ideas;the teaching content of values education is weakened;there is a phenomenon of disconnection between teaching material and students' real life teaching contents being simple and duplicated,teaching content partial to social development,neglectful of individual demands.To solve these problems,this paper proposes the implementation of socialist values,fusion of heart and the content of the textbook;urges closely relation of courses to students' real lives;the reasonable and orderly setting teaching content and strategy.
