Cultivating students' ability to solve problems is an important mathematical education work,so solveing the problem has been hot spot of mathematics education research. Different problem situation to students in the process of solving problems caused by the difficulty is different, students in the process of solving these problems get ability training is not identical also. This study attempts to explore the relationship between question situation and problem solving, and the cognition of question situation. Based on data analysis, it's in order to help first-line teachers by a problem-context to improve students' ability to solve problems, as well as provide the reference for textbook writing and revision of the elementary school mathematics.This research mainly have the combinative way of qualitative and quantitative analysis.This priorities:trying to reveal the status of problem solving ability under the various mathematical problem situation for children. Specifically, This study selected representative, different regions, different levels of four schools, eight class including 365 pupil to investigate from chongqing. This research has launched a case study for further enrich the research results with questionnaires of understanding. Among them, the test paper and questionnaire preparation is difficulties in this study.Through the statistical analysis of test data, the results are as follows.1.The test of the question situation and problem solving skills for pupils(1) Text or picture of problem situation has little influence on solving problems,pupils can more successfully solve these two types of problems.(Remained over 80% scoring rate)(2)Subjects were to have interference conditions in without interference conditions and the answer problem situations have relatively obvious difference, there is more difficult to solve the problem situation under the interference conditions,and when a problem doing wrong probability is bigger.(There were 35.6% and 52.6% of the error rate)(3) solving life situation or socialization of the problem,their answers are not quiet in difference.But relatively, the difficulties of question in solving socialization are larger.(Difficulty values between 0.35-1.45)2.the results of cognitive situation in the question situation(1) The students more like pictures and text description way, both differ not quite, and the students think both the presentation is better than pure mathematics formula; Students also think this kind of the mathematics problems are more valuable.(2) Students think that any interference conditions, they can either successfully solve problems. But the kind of cognitive and actual is abhorrent performance on tests, it is particularly noteworthy.(3) Students think solutions of interference conditions and social problems have help in learning mathematics problems of the context.3.analyse the case,find students' errors,and found that students has some knowledge and cognitive problems.According to the research results, combined with the research of textbooks, the author puts forward the following conclusions and recommendations. The first, compulsory education phase of the curriculum, teaching material construction must reflect its basic, XiShi edition elementary school mathematics textbook of difficulty of the questions to students is required of moderate.And second,textbooks in conditions of mathematics problems have extra scarce, and the students' practical ability to solve this kind of problem is poor. In actual application of mathematics students must learn to distinguish problem situation which is useful condition, which is redundant condition, therefore the author suggest ppropriately increase this kind of questions in the later textbook revision, in order to improve students' comprehensive ability to solve the problem. Third,textbooks in open questions are rare. Suggestions in class, within the scope of the marking allowed,according to specific knowledge content appropriately increase some open questions.It can extend students' thinking better and cultivate students' creativity.And as for a teacher, first of all, in everyday teaching should pay attention to students in the problem solving process analysis of all sorts of wrong type, and guide students to find themselves in the face of what kind of problem situation, and thus for the inadequacy of targeted teaching.Secondly,the teacher wants to be good at guiding students to think from the view of mathematics, the mathematical methods to solve problems, such ability make students in analysis,solving various problems and judgment on the basis more scientific.Thirdly,based on full use of teaching materials in teaching, the teacher can also create some problem situation, especially some contact problem situations and open problem situation, increase classroom openness, consciously develop students' knowledge and thinking ability.This research attempts to have the innovation:1.The analysis of domestic problem situations of textbook material, analysis difficulty distribution of mathematical problems under different problem situation for students and problem solving capabilities assessment combined research is still rare.2.The study is a meaningful attempt to use overseas advanced test technology(QUEST software package used in PISA test) into mathematical ability in the evaluation for our pupils.Because professional knowledge and research level factors of constraints, the research has many shortcomings.On the one hand, This study only collected 365 samples, so the data is relatively limited, the extension of the conclusion from the research has yet to be discussed.On the other hand, The study didn't do comparison of open questions is a kind of regret.
