The Parents'beliefs regarding reward and penalty to baby refer to parents'basic views and perspectives about how to Reward and punish the baby, It is the empirical cognition which is concerned with the guardian's views and perspectives about the function and important of the rewards and punishment, the baby's behavior and the performance which is worth rewarding and punishing, Application method of the reward and penalty and the Influencing factor of the effect of rewards and punishment It is an important component of parents'educational sense, dynamically acting on parents'parenting behavior and play an important role on the baby's development.This study aims to investigate the present situation of guardian's rewards and punishment view, analyze the erroneous of the guardian's rewards and punishment view and explore the factors which serves influence on them. The thesis is conducted to provide the theoretical basis for improving parents'beliefs regarding children's learning and promoting children's learning and development.Firstly, In order to investigate the present situation of guardian's rewards and punishment view, the study had conducted in-depth interviews with parents by taking the Half structural formula interview compendium which is compiled by myself as the research and based on the foundation In front, the study summary the overall characteristics of guardian's rewards and punishment view which is concerned with the Empirical, Conflicting and fuzziness. Secondly, Based on the Findings In front, the study analyze the erroneous of the guardian's rewards and punishment view, which is followed by these:first, the standard of the rewards and punishment is foothold the adult's needs with neglecting the baby's development, second, Valuing to control the baby's external behavior, neglecting the influence to the baby's intrinsic factor, Third, Neglects the baby's in function in the process of rewards and punishment, Forth, Neglects influence of guardian's image and the status in baby's heart which happened to effect of the rewards and punishment Thirdly, Based on the Findings In front the study have explored the factors which serves influence on them, which is concerned with the the individual factors and Living conditions. lastly, the study give some Countermeasure sand suggestions about how to Improvement the level of the children's guardian's rewards and punishment views.
