Female college students are an important part of the female population, women development directly affects the development of the overall population trends, and their health status is directly related to the quality of the future population. Female College Students physical quality and functional level improvement has great significance to the quality of the nation. Research on female students motivation, on one hand give theoretical support on the future conduct of university female students further research; on the other hand, open a broader field for other scholars in the issue of college female study; Furthermore, study of excitation on women sports learning motivation level in North China Institute of Science and Technology provide some guidance for the school physical education.Through access a lot of literature, solicit opinions from many experts. In the teaching experiment, the experimental class use the method of establishment of a clear and appropriate learning goals; implementation of heuristic teaching, creation of problem situations; proper application of competition and build a good race environmental and other teaching methods. The control class uses traditional teaching methods. After 17 weeks of teaching experiments, both experimental classes and control classes analysis and compare on the before and after test data of the level of internal motivation test and technology assessment to expect finding that the motivational teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method.In this paper, using literature, questionnaires, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics, take part of volleyball class 08 female students in North China Institute of Science and Technology as study subjects for motivational excitation study. The experimental class using motivational teaching methods, control class using the traditional approach to teaching, two experimental results were compared after experiments. The results show that 1. After experiment, the internal motivation and learning goals increase in both experiment and control group.2. In experiment group, the level of each dimension of the internal motivation as well as learning goals with motivational approach are higher than in control group.3. In aspect of the female sports learning motivation excitation, experiment group using the excitation teaching methods with the establishment of a clear and appropriate learning goals, implementation of heuristic teaching, creation of problem situations, correctly using examination and appraisal is superior to traditional teaching methods in improving Female Students learning motivation. Therefore, in future physical education, motivational approach should be widely and successfully used to improve the learning effect of high school female students and to take Physical Education to a higher level. the research unsing data in the experimental group are stronger in all aspects of the control group, which indicate that...
