The Instructor Cares The Research On The Motivation Of College Students To Learn

The university counselor is an important part of the school teachers and the school management team,and plays a role in the daily education and management of the students.Report of the seventeenth and the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities emphasized the importance of the ideological and political work of the university,and attached importance to something to the humane care and the psychological guidance,which points out the direction for strengthening ideological and political education in universities,and also provides an entry point for the ideological and political education of the counselors.The primary task of college students in school is to study,and the academic record depends on the intensity of learning motivation.In daily life,counselors have the closest relationship with college students,and strengthening counselors' care is of great significance to stimulate students' learning motivation.However,in the process of caring,due to the interaction and influence of many factors,there are still many problems in counselors' care work.This paper focuses on the current situation of college students' learning motivation inspired by counselors' care.First of all,it analyzes the concept,principle and constitution of counselors' care.The concept of "learning motivation",the principle of counselors' care and the composition of learning motivation are emphatically analyzed.The definition of core concept lays a theoretical foundation for further research.Secondly,this paper expounds the significance of counselors' care in stimulating college students' learning motivation.It is not only conducive to stimulating the internal learning motivation of College students,improving their learning ability,eliminating the influence of bad emotions on learning,but also conducive to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and strengthening the construction of learning atmosphere.Secondly,questionnaire survey and interview are used in this paper,the research is based on the perspective of counselors' care to stimulate the learning motivation of College students,and then shows the actual situation of counselors' care to college students' learning motivation.The research is based on four aspects,including ideological and political care,mental health care,learning and life care and career planning care,fully affirms the role of counselors' care in stimulating college students' learning motivation,and points out the existing problems.The survey results show that the main problems of counselors' care are weak current political leadership,low understanding of psychological needs,weak pertinence of learning counseling,and weak guidance of career goal planning.And then,based on the problems in the process of stimulating college students' learning motivation with the care of counselors,the reasons are further analyzed.It is found that the main causes of the problems are the incompleteideological and political care,the untimely psychological care,the unreasonable learning care and the inadequate career planning care.Finally,at the end of the paper,the aim of the research is to promote the counselors' care to stimulate the learning motivation of College students,and proposes targeted paths for reference,mainly focuses on strengthening the comprehensiveness of Ideological and political care,guaranteeing the timeliness of psychological care,improving the rationality of learning care,and strengthening the scientificity of career planning care,emphasizes interaction of four aspects.The whole study adheres to the principle of integrating theory with practice and strives to achieve the unity of theory and practice.
