This study selected Beijing sport university sports show students watch, teach and guide ability training as research object, questionnaire, expert interview, literature, and statistics methods to student's table, teach and guide ability fully and evaluation and analysis, found the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding Suggestions. So the sports show students watch, teach and guide teaching in ability more reasonable, make the sports show professional training students work to be more perfect.Study results are as follows:1) all of this was still in the dark, special cultivation of the students' capability of design patterns, no prominent traits are both students starting level and project characteristics.2) special class teaching practice and theory of special theory class teaching with their own disjointed, this emphasis also have particular concern. Theory and practice, in addition to the fusion of span to rely on teacher's help and guidance, the students'comprehensive quality and capacity is indispensable to the hand.3) the teaching content too simplifies, formalized, each teaching ability index can't find the corresponding practice training session, time distribution, contents, means and methods. Only one model of mere skeleton.4) four professional teaching ability aspects:attention, not value writing organization teaching; Choreographing capability aspects: descriptive and music literacy attention, don't take own subject ability choreographing capability.
