In January 2018,CPC Central Committee and State Council issued "The opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the teaching team in the new era." It is proposed to vigorously revitalize teacher education,formulate standards for running professional schools,and improve the standard of normal education.In February 2012,Ministry of Education issued "The Professional Standard for Primary and Secondary School Teachers." It clearly puts forward the requirements for the cultivation of the normal students,and proposes that the level of running the normal colleges should be continuously improved,and the professional ability of normal students should be improved.However,the professional ability of normal college students is not high enough to meet the needs of basic education reform and self-sustainable development.Take the normal student who have undergone educational practice as the research object.First,through questionnaire survey,to understanding 891 interns to master the proficiency of various professional abilities,using SPSS 20.0 to do mean,standard deviation,T test and multiple comparisons.Second,12 interns and 12 primary and secondary school internship instructors were interviewed,Learn more about the course settings,hard and software facilities,and interns' professional abilities at S University.Finally,by observing the classroom teaching of several interns,we can understand the status of their classroom teaching.Related conclusions are as follows: First,the professional competence of normal college students in S universities is generally at a medium level(2.5-3.5).The scores of six dimensions from high to low are: instructional design,teaching implementation,class management and educational activities,education and teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,and reflection and development.In each dimensions,most of the normalstudents' abilities are at a relatively intermediate level(2.5-3.5),among them,in the“communication and cooperation” dimension,the ability of normal school students to use language that meets the characteristics of pupils' pupils is relatively high(3.5-5);The ability to share experience and resources with colleagues and develop together is relatively low(1-2.5).Second,there are significant differences in the dimensions of class management and education activities,education and teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,and reflection and development of normal students who whether or not to be instructed by the primary student teacher.And the professional ability of the normal college students after instruction is higher than the untrained normal school students in the overall and dimensions 1,3,5,and 6.Third,in addition to the “teaching and designing” dimension,there are significant differences in the other five dimensions of normal students of different genders.The average of female professional students' professional ability in each dimensions(especially education evaluation,communication and cooperation)is significantly higher than that of male normal students.Fourth,there are significant differences in the professional competence of normal college students in different colleges.The professional abilities of teachers' students in the School of Fine Arts,History,and Foreign Languages are strong,College of Literature,College of Chemicals,and School of Physics have relatively weak professional skills.The author according to the questionnaire survey results and interview results,the corresponding suggestions were put forward from four levels: government,teachers colleges,primary-level practice schools,and normal students: First,the tripartite main body cooperates to promote the development of normal school students.Second,standardizing Practice System for Normal School Students.Third,reforming Teacher Education Curriculum Settings.Fourth,ways to improve normal school students' professional skills.Fifth,the reform of teaching methods and contents of college teachers.Sixth,normal students should raise self-development awareness.
