| With the increasingly rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards and quality of life are constantly improving.Tourism has become an indispensable part of people’s lives.The development of tourism has driven the development of the tourism industry,and the tourism industry has ushered in the era of mass tourism.With the rapid development of the tourism industry,the demand for talents in this industry is increasing,especially for tour guides,the main force of the tourism industry.However,the secondary vocational school is an important base to cultivate tour guide talents,but through the survey found that the secondary vocational school tour guide service professional students employment is not not smooth.On the one hand,there is an increasing demand for tour guides in the tourism industry.On the other hand,students majoring in tour guides in secondary vocational schools are far from meeting the requirements of employers,which leads to the disconnection between the training of tour guides in secondary vocational schools and the development of tourism.Vocational guide service professional students lack of competitiveness in employment,although the situation has a certain relationship with the attention of employers to academic qualifications,but more is the vocational guide service professional students can not meet the needs of employers,and the school is an important base to cultivate students’ vocational ability.Therefore,this paper focuses on the promotion of vocational tour guide service major students’ vocational ability,and conducts in-depth research on the current situation of vocational tour guide service major students’ vocational ability and the promotion of these two aspects from both theoretical and practical aspects.First of all,this article used the literature analysis both at home and abroad about the professional ability,the tour guide professional ability as well as the tour guide professional ability to promote the study on three aspects of the collection and analysis,dig deeper into the secondary vocational tour guide service professional theoretical basis,the students’vocational ability promotion strategy for the present situation investigation.Secondly,through the task analysis of tour guides,guide professional ability related literature and Jiangsu Province secondary vocational education guide professional guidance talent training program analysis of three aspects of the extraction of guide professional ability indicators,and build the framework of guide professional ability structure.Then select three secondary vocational schools in Zhenjiang City and their cooperative scenic spots and travel agencies for investigation and in-depth interview,respectively from the employer’s demand for tour guides and the school to provide graduates to compare,analyze the current situation of vocational guide service students professional ability.Through the analysis of IPA model,it is concluded that the vocational ability of students majoring in service of secondary vocational guides urgently needs to be improved in six aspects,namely,the knowledge of laws and regulations,the knowledge of bills,the knowledge of nursing and rescue,the ability of analysis and decision-making,the planning and design of routes,and the ability of emergency treatment.Indicators that need to be improved gradually are:communication and postal knowledge,photography knowledge,computer ability,marketing or shopping guide,talent show,service ability to receive special tourists,psychological quality,reflection and self-evaluation,personality charm,learning and innovation ability.Finally,according to the investigation and analysis of IPA,this article put forward the strategy of the professional ability to ascend,this article put forward the strategies of the professional ability to ascend,improve teaching methods,stimulate interest in learning,create scientific way of teaching evaluation,improve the tour guide service professional teachers’ practical ability,in order to promote learning,incentive,attaches great importance to the construction of talent training base outside the five aspects:the key to improve the improvement area;The opportunity area is gradually improved by optimizing the course system,appropriately increasing the proportion of practical courses,establishing a multi-functional simulation tour guide room,strengthening career planning,cultivating the sense of professional identity,and further deepening the accumulation of students’knowledge. |
