According to the investigation to the middle school PE teachers and students the paper would like to discuss the middle school 2010 entrance exam in PE has what kinds of influence in junior middle school PE teachers, students, PE course teaching method, teaching goal, teaching contents, teaching environment and teaching evaluation, analyze the problem and reason when put initiative into effect and put forward the solution, aims to provide theoretical reference for PE teaching reform and development.This paper introduced the reformation of 2010 middle school entrance exam in PE by questionnaire survey, documentary, interview method and statistics and analyzed the important factors of PE teaching through PE teaching participants, teaching goal, teaching contents, teaching environment, teaching method and teaching evaluation, the conclusions are as below:(1) The reformation of middle school entrance test in PE in Beijing improved students'sports participation enthusiasm, extended the sports activities time and improved students'physical health.(2) The reformation of middle school entrance test in PE in Beijing gave the PE teachers more pressures, promoted the status of teachers obviously and made the teachers to improve the expectations for the students.(3) The reformation of middle school entrance test in PE in Beijing, as for the achievement of teaching goal, most teachers think the realization of sports skill goal better than improvement of physical health and education of moral.(4) The reformation of middle school entrance test in PE in Beijing did not impact the teaching content choices a lot, currently about this content choices teachers and students have different ideas.(5) Since the reformation of middle school entrance test in PE in Beijing the sports funds investment increased; School venues apparatus basically can satisfy the sports teaching needs, but still need to continue to devote infrastructure to improve teachers' satisfaction; Classroom atmosphere general active, but still has a great promotion space; Students still need to be improved the ability of regulate mood and cultivated the unity cooperation through sports activities.(6) Beijing sports examination reform on tests impacted the teaching method-a lot, before and after the reform teaching methods have big differences.(7) Beijing all junior high school has implemented procedural test; Implementation of procedural test is good for PE teaching management; Students are very satisfied with the procedural test and the assessment which put attendance as important performance.(8) Since 2010 junior high school sports examination implementation, the restrictions of PE teaching in practical process are as below:PE teachers and students have irrational proportion; procedural test in actual exists difficult operation; PE teachers' professional too one fold; Teaching content selection too exam-oriented.
