Represented by the Internet, various ways of communication recently is developing and popularizing so fast that Globalization has already become an inexorable trend of the world development. Following this trend, people from different countries become much closer to each other, and the cultural communication is increasingly frequent. In terms of sports culture, as an essential component of the human culture, it is not only playing an important role in our daily life, but also engaged in the communication and integration of people from different countries and regions through various ways. In some football clubs in Beijing, we can always find some teenagers with different nationalities playing football together. Not only is it a phenomenon of playing, but also a phenomenon of teenager sports cultural communication. The investigation and study on this phenomenon is of great importance to guide actively the communication of teenager sports culture.Taking the China ClubFootball and Guoan Yueye Footabll Club as our cases, the study investigates and researches deeply about the sports culture communication of teenager in clubs. Besides analyzing the social background and preconditions, it also investigates and researches the phenomenon from four perspectives, including clubs, parents, trainers and teenagers.1. There is a close relation between the emergence of the phenomenon and the politic stability, clubs'demands of development and parents'expectations to bring their children into sports.2. Clubs provide platforms and supports for the communication of teenager sports culture. The development of the programs in clubs is the direct way of the communication. Moreover, the related systems in clubs play an important role in keeping the regular training of the clubs and the smooth development of the communication.3. Parents have a primary perception about the communication and support their children. A great number of parents want to practice their children in such a multi-cultural environment and opportunity of playing together, to enhance the linguistic competence, outlook, experience and communication skills of the teenagers. Thus, they hold a positive attitude on the communication of teenager sports culture.4. The trainers of the clubs is the guider of this communication. The trainers in China ClubFootball focus on keeping the learning process interesting, while trainers in Guoan Yueye Footabll Club pay more attention on the practicability. No matter what the focus is, with trainers'guidance in class, teenagers not only learn the football skills, but also communicate with each other on the sports culture.5. Although many teenagers find it hard to communicate face-to-face due to the difference on languages, the communication in football training class is often based on body language. That's why the communication of teenager sports culture goes smoothly in clubs. Meanwhile, most of teenagers are willing to make friends through sports, and the friendship produced in sports is considered to be more precious.
