The purpose of this study was to examine current undergraduate students'online learning behavior, and discusses the relationship of technology readiness and online learning behavior. The literature review summarizes undergraduate students'online learning behavior is related with technology readiness. According to the Taiwan scholar Li-an Ho developed the online learning behavior scale, online learning behavior scale was made up by ourselves, and revised technology readiness index as influence factors. Data collected from 5 universities (N=154) and was analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Through the descriptive statistics, current situation of college students'E-learning is showed, included of network equipment, learning time, technologies used in courses and preferences for IT in courses. T test reveal weather undergraduate students have online learning behavior difference between different genders etc. ANOVA shows weather there is online learning behavior difference between students of different grades, the types of learner, etc. Multiple regression analysis was used to test how well the technology readiness can predict the variation of online learning behavior level. The results indicate that currently most college students have at least a equipment which can access network, they have basic hardware conditions for online learning. Everyday college students use Internet for a long time, but for the time to study rarely, in many cases, network only as a kind of entertainment tool rather than learning tool. College students are often used technologies in courses:such as instant messaging, university library websites, E-learning systems, Wikis and social networking websites, online document, curriculum teaching video or recording. Different grades exists significant differences in using technology in course, senior and freshman use technology more than others. College students prefer to learning by listening to audio or video, the way based on text message, including E-mail, instant message and text message, using Internet search. No online learning behavior difference was found between students of different gender, grades, weather use E-learning systems and, but students of different learning outcome show significant online learning behavior level difference. Got higher mark, got more online learning behavior.College students only have three learner types, technical explorer, pioneer and skeptics. College students' online learning behavior is high, and the whole individual difference is bigger, online learning behavior and learning time, learning achievement to related positively. Online learning behavior level has moderate high positive correlation with technology readiness. Linear combination of technology readiness can predict 57.7% variation of college students' online learning behavior. Standardized regression coefficients were as follows:optimism 0.404, innovativeness 0.225, sense of security 0.236, and discomfort -0.186.
