The Research On The Phenomenon Of Official Standard In Chinese Universities

Bureaucracy as an effective way of organization to ensure the efficiency and stable development of university plays a positive role, thus it has its certain rationality. But with the development and expansion of university organization, inherent limitations of bureaucracy becomes more and more obvious. Specific background in China, this limitation is carried forward leading alienation from bureaucracy to official standard. At present, the phenomenon of official standard in Chinese universities is more and more serious and has spread to university teaching and research work, party and government management work, scholar and academic recognition, interests sharing and so on, many levels of academic management are replaced by administrative management, being service to the academic power is usurped by administrative powers and is the dominant force of university development. The phenomenon of official standard in Chinese universities is deviating from,eroding university college academic spirit and endangering the academic development of the university. Chinese universities being the world ranking of university should break Bureaucracy and recast academic spirit. This study based on the characteristics of universities, analyzes the process of alienation from bureaucracy to official standard, through empirical research to understand the situation and so puts forward the corresponding solution countermeasures on ranking university.
