Although the network education develops fast nowadays, there still exist many problems worthy of study, one typical problem of which is learner's lack of enthusiasm during learning network course. One of the reasons is that the content design of network course doesn't consider the difference learning styles, types, background, and the learner's demand. However, at present, the research on this aspect is limited, and the research on the content design of network course from the learner's perspective has certain significance. This research is divided into three parts:The first part is the investigation stage. Firstly, the author illustrates the research background, the research purpose, the research methods and the paper's overall framework; Secondly, summarize the relevant research, including the related definitions, such as the basic starting point, the research category and dimension of content design of network course, etc. and analyzing the research status quo of the content design of network course at home and abroad.The second part is in-depth analysis and sum-up stage. Firstly, analyze the actuality and the problems of content design of network course at home and abroad, and use case analysis approach to analyze our country national exquisite courses (network education) from the content organization and arrangement, content presentation and content support platform of network course deeply, and then conclude the advantages and disadvantages of content design of network course. Secondly, put forward the implementation framework of content design of network curriculum, including three steps:the first step is to conduct online questionnaire survey, with the Cyber College learners of East China Normal University as research object, to know their demand on network course content (including learning contents, learning resources and study support service); the second step is to refine the theories for guiding the content design of network course; the third step is to propose the guiding principle, strategy and basic process of content design of network course based on the questionnaire and theoretical foundation.The third part is application and empirical analysis stage. First of all, the author choose the developed network course of East China Normal University-- Communication Psychology as the example, and apply the strategy to perfect it. Secondly, choose seven network learners of Cyber College of East China Normal University to conduct interview, which is divided into two steps, namely learning the two version network courses and exchanging the related issues of the content design of network course.The study can provide important suggestions and certain reference value for the future content design of the network course, which is of great practical significance.
