Teaching objectives in the new curriculum had been identified as the knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values. Knowledge and skills objectives in the first row, we can see the goal in the teaching process plays an important role. However, in the past, it is difficult to find a definition of knowledge in psychology textbook, when knowledge is often in reference to a philosophical definition of knowledge, but this does not meet the definition of scientific explanation of modern psychology. Modern cognitive psychology puts forward a new concept of knowledge from the information processing theory of knowledge. They divided the knowledge into declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge. This division resolved the drawbacks that the traditional definition can not explain the relationship between knowledge and skills. At the same time modern cognitive psychologists believe that different types of knowledge in the teaching process should be designed to different teaching objectives, process and use different teaching methods, so as to achieve the best teaching results.This article is based on generalized knowledge of modern cognitive psychology to analyze the concept of the ideological and political course of knowledge. the knowledge referred to in this article is to narrow the knowledge of learning to learn. The first part is the introduction.
