Under the social context of information explosion, the society increasingly calls the creative talents. To let students "learn to study" becomes a major objective of today's education.Adhering to the very popular self-study and guidance reform in the eighties and nineties, "Learning Plan Guidance" mode is also aimed at developing students self-learning ability and initiative spirit of exploration.Compared to teaching plans, learning plans are learning projects and materials designed for students and providing guidance throughout the whole study process. Here, the process usually means a class. Learning plan almost contains the learning objectives, learning points, learning difficulties, learning methods, independent study, cooperative inquiry, consolidation exercises."Learning Plan Guidance" adheres to the teacher-led, student-centered teaching philosophy. However, the new basic education believes that students can not have the real dominant position and active participation under the teacher---led class in the sense of teaching as a complex process.Combined with the related literature and learning plans study of SG County, I insist that the learning plan caters to today's science curriculum reform of basic education and exam-oriented education. It's the product of co-existence of social reality.Therefore, we should have a clear understanding to the role of the learning plan and correctly analyze the advantages and disadvantages. The second part of the paper has the details.Based on the research of school learning plans compiled by history teachers of SG County, the third part of the paper pointed out the design problems in learning plans. In this county, all the students and teachers use the same learning plans compiled by the teaching and research department, so the scientific design of learning plans is very important.According to the interview of teachers and students and the final paper analysis, the fourth part identified the existed problems in use, analyzed them and made suggestions for improvement.Research on "Learning Plan Guidance" teaching mode has yet to be confirmed; the same time, to keep the teaching mode open and dynamic, we must follow the pace of new ideas.These will be the next step in my learning and practice efforts.
