Nowadays with the full implementation of quality education, people are increasingly concern about the effectiveness of the45-minute class. It changes the teacher as the main mode of teaching students to passive learning in the past we hope truly reflect student-centered, the master of the class will be no longer teachers, but students. Therefore, the "Learning Plan Guidance" teaching model that to teach the student self-learning came into being.With studying the teaching model and combined with the actual situation of our school, the author applied the "Learning Plan Guidance" teaching model into practice. In the application, we try to rich the theoretical models optimize the model. In order to break the situation of difficulty to learn and to teach mathematics, we explore a mathematics teaching model for our school.The thesis is divided into3parts, chapter1and chapter2are the first part, expatiates the source of the problem, the situation of teaching at home and abroad, the theoretical basis, composition, type, value and significance of the "Learning Plan Guidance". Chapter3is the second part, expatiates the situation of carrying out the "Learning Plan Guidance" in the school where the author works for. At the same time, we provide a detailed grouping principles, team management and case study examples. The chapter4and chapter5are the third part it introduces the experimental result of the use of educational methods in detail. There is a significant effect in the study. The experimental results confirms the "Learning Plan Guidance" teaching to improve students’ classroom participation, learning skills, communication skills, mathematics abilities and other aspects.
