Research Objective This paper takes the corporate part-time trainer as the research object, aiming to explore the relationship among teaching efficacy, supervisory support and job performance, analysis and compare with the difference between the systemic trainer group(called C level trainer) and non-systemic trainer group(called general trainer), in order to find the relationship between the corporate trainer building and corporate development, and give some reference to improve the teaching efficacy and enhance the corporate trainer team development.Research Approaches:Based on the previous studies on self-efficacy, teaching efficacy, supervisory support as well as the relationship among the mentioned key words and job performance at home and abroad, combinating of the characteristics of the corporate and corporate trainers, the study uses a questionnaire survey of 148 part-time trainers in the corporate to study the teaching efficacy, supervisory support and job performance.Result1. Due to the characteristics of this information times and KPI-guided of the corporate, trainers' teaching efficacy of the different demographic variables has not significant difference.2. The general trainers' teaching efficacy is significantly higher than the C level trainers'; the general trainers'task performance is significantly higher than the C level trainers'.3. The trainers'teaching efficacy and supervisory support are of significant correlation. The correlation between the teaching efficacy and the term of supervisory approval on the teaching ability is higher a little than other terms. The trainers' teaching efficacy and job performance are of significant correlation. The correlation between the teaching efficacy and task performance is higher a little than other dimensions of job performance. Supervisory support and job performance are of significant correlation. The correlation between the department resource support of supervisor and job performance is higher a little than other terms of supervisory support.4. The trainers' teaching efficacy is a mediate variable between supervisory support and job performance.
