With the continuous expansion of higher education,the state has been pushing forward the reform of graduate education.Since 2014,the public fee system has been abolished and tuition fees have been paid.The implementation of this reform has made the pressure of the graduate student's life multiplying,prompting the students to engage in part-time activities,making it a common phenomenon for graduate students to engage in part-time activities.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and takes the postgraduate students of the as the investigation object,and engaged in the part-time teaching of the postgraduate students in various colleges and universities.The current situation is investigated and analyzed,and the results of the survey are supplemented by interviews.The main content of the survey is from the basic situation of the part-time teaching,the motivation to engage in part-time teaching,the way to engage in part-time teaching,the income of the part-time teaching,the time of the part-time teaching,the type of part time teaching and the degree of professional correlation.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the postgraduate students in physical education are analyzed and analyzed.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the part-time teaching part-time has both advantages and disadvantages,and the advantage is that it can improve the teaching ability of the students,obtain certain economic rewards,enrich the social experience,and so on.One side is:improper arrangements affect learning,self interest is infringed,and physical and mental setbacks are in the process of part-time jobs.Therefore,we should analyze the countermeasures from the three aspects of school,society and itself.For the school,we should correctly standardize and guide the postgraduate students in physical education to engage in the part-time teaching activities;for the society,we should increase the support for graduate education,improve and improve the graduate education funding system;for themselves,It is necessary to treat the part-time job in teaching correctly.
