| With the highly development of social economy, people make greater requirements to the quality and efficiency of teacher's work. "Enhancing teacher's professional quality, promoting teacher's professional development" has become a strong trend in the development of education. Therefore, Educators attempt to establish training mechanisms which can inspire teachers to make choices to improve the professionalism of teachers. Teacher's growth portfolio as a product of this era came into being. Currently, many schools try to make teachers construct their portfolios to enhance their ability of reflection and lifelong learning.Firstly, this article elaborates the content of teacher's professional development from two aspects which are specialization and professionalization of teachers, teacher professionalism and teacher professional development. Then analyze the composition of professional knowledge of teachers and new curriculum requirements of teacher professional development. Finally, analyze the way to professional development of teachers. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development of teacher's portfolio and the characteristics of different portfolios. Then, elaborates the significance of the portfolio to teacher's professional development. Finally, this article explores the platform based on teacher's professional development. Finally, the investigation is made in Shanghai Jin Ying Primary School as a case study. The paper analyzes the effectiveness of portfolio's practical application and reveals the characteristics of portfolio's practical operation.The paper mainly research on portfolio construction platform for teachers, and construct a new network platform for teachers which is characteristic of strong function, convenient operation, clear interface. Besides, the paper analyzes the practical application of portfolio in order to reveal the success experience. So it makes teacher's portfolio more widespread use.
