To advance teacher professional development at high school and primary school is their own need for developing. The obvious sign of school development is the advancement of students'integration quality and students'all-around development. While the students'development is based on the teachers'development. Only if the teachers develop, the students can develop fully. The teachers'development should promote the students'development, it's the assurance of attaining excellent education that the school cares about and promotes teachers'development. This is the common sense of recent international education reformation, and is a challenging demand, which is put forward to school by the social and education development. Only if the school adapts to this change, promotes teacher professional development as soon as possible, the school can realize its own development effectively.As the fast development of information technology, the research on digital teaching portfolio has been a focus studied continuously by the researchers. As a new tool of teacher evaluation and professional development, digital teaching portfolio shows digitally the teachers'teaching production, experience, plan and so on. Compared with traditional teaching portfolio, although its exhibition format is different, recurring to modern information technology, it shows teaching portfolio on network flat digitally.The researchers have shown that the digital teaching portfolio is used for teacher evaluation, teaching management and teacher professional development. This thesis is to build the digital teaching portfolio based on the teacher professional development for high school and primary school, it adopts the methods of document analysis, visit, questionnaire and systematic design, according to the content of teacher professional development at high school and primary school, designs a relevant content frame of digital teaching portfolio, which contains self-introduction class, the teaching process record, teaching self-reflection and the data of professional development. Each confirmation and choice of the content frame is to promote the teachers'development of professional knowledge, skill and sensibility, so as to unite the teachers'teaching knowledge, sensibility skill and behavior.In the opinion of these thesis, in virtue of information technology, the digital teaching portfolio not only enriches the meaning of teaching portfolio, but also helps to advance the teachers'informational accomplishment. With the internet, it can be spectacled and communicated conveniently, teachers can grow continually from their own teaching record and reflection, and can know others'teaching believe and experience at any moment so as to be illuminated from them. So the digital teaching portfolio promotes teacher's grow as an individual, at the same time it promotes teachers'maturity as a group.
