Since humanity begins, punishment exists in all levels of social life and in different fields of society, so the education field is no exception. At any time and in any field, taiking abaout education, educational practice or educational system are closely linked with educational punishment. In the field of education, the theory and practice of human activities of educational punishment constitutes an important and indispensable component. In the history of education,punishment has never disappeared. Until today, no matter somebody is against or for it, in primary and secondary education, punishment is always happening.In today's education, the question of whether teachers have the right of punishment and how to punish students arouse lots of arguments in the society. The primary and secondary education are seriously affected by this. Therefore,this paper,which is based on the research of education punishment, gives the relating concepts, effects and necessity of education punishment. At the same time,this paper also gives some corresponding solutions and suggestions,according to the research of problems and reasons of the present education punishment.This paper is divided into four parts to the practice of China's primary and secondary schools education punishment.The first part discusses the value of the education punishment according to the education practice of the primary and secondary schools. On the basis of definition of concepts for "punishment" and "educational punishment", analysis the meaning of education punishment. Then focus on analysis, on the punishment practice and the educational value.The second part focuses on the practice of China's primary and secondary punishment of the theoretical foundation and give theoretical supporting for education punishment in primary and secondary schools from education history, philosophy and psychology.The third part analysis the practice of education punishment in China's primary and secondary schools. The paper summarized the current practice of school education, the punishment is too much emphasis on the study of knowledge, focus on the value of management one-sided. There are authoritative teachers, corporal punishment, impunity for serious heart problems. Based on these question above, the paper analyzes the reason from the community, schools and teachers. In part IV, according to the previous exposition, analysis, China's primary and secondary schools. I'11 improve the practice of punitive measures. At the operational level, including building society, schools, teachers, the three areas should take concrete implementation strategy.
