Everyone can make a mistake, and the teacher is no exception. Teacher's mistake indicates the teacher's words or action that are not consistent with the teaching routine. If "Teacher's mistake" is detected in time and made good use of, it can be changed into a very important curriculum resource, which will contribute greatly to the students and teachers'growth.The first part starts with the conception of "mistake", in which the author tries to give the "Teacher's mistake" a proper definition through referring to the Chinese dictionary, English dictionary and some philosophical idea; Then the author divides the mistakes into several types. In this thesis we mainly talked about the four types of "Teacher's mistake" and the reasons for them.The second part of the thesis introduces the definitions, types, function of resource and curriculum resource firstly; then some discussion is made on whether "Teacher's mistake" is a curriculum resource; at last, the author concentrates on the value of "Teacher's mistake" as a curriculum resource.The third part mainly talks about the four conditions which will play an important role in the conversion of "Teacher's mistake" to the curriculum resource and some further study is made on the basic process when "Teacher's mistake" is converted to curriculum resource.
