The author comes up with the necessarity, theory basis and training model. Then an experiment is carried out. only to find there exists some problems in practice, solutions carried out.The thesis applies methods combined theory with practice. The author finds the main problem lies in three aspects, that is, students lack the autonomous learning ability there is not enough space for autonomous learning. Besides, teachers are deficient in enough guidance on autonomous learning methods and strategies. Therefore the author suggests teachers should cultivate the students'autonomous learning ability, provide conditions for autonomous learning and give them some guidance to improve their study. The experiment shows that the students'autonomous ability can be greatly improved by training and that their mark can be raised.
