Design And Implementation Of Authentication System Of Digital Learning Materials

With the rapid development of global Internet, there appears large amounts of digital instructional resources on the network since the early 20th century. These unbalance resources not only severely affect learners, but also cause chaos environment of digital education resources on the network. This urgently requires the authorities to regulate the Internet market, and make digital education resources optimization to consumers.
