The spirit of university is the core of value and spiritual pursuit. It shows the historical tradition of a university over the years and plays a very important role in the existence and development of the university. In the history of our country, there was once excellent university spirit which encouraged the student from generation to generation to let them go forward constantly.Nowadays, higher education has developed as unprecedented extent and speed, which has the tendency of popularization of higher education and market-orientalism of the higher education. Under the influence of social factor and university factor, university spirit demonstrates the weakness and deletion in various degree which is bad to university's personnel, the university and social development. Therefore, it is an emergent thing to keep watch the university spirit and make it return. It is necessary for us to pay attention to it.The thesis includes six parts.
