Along with the development of economy and technology information and changes of social environment and the students'thought, social put forward higher request for school teaching, under various social development background, syllabus unified, old teaching modes and methods obviously couldn't meet the need of development new course standard proposed learning areas for high school courses teaching, among of these, "sports and health" is the branch of the field, a new round of PE curriculum and teaching reform begun test in 2000, brought new thinking to for experts and PE teachers . The physical education and health course standard "requires students in senior high school to master one or two aspects balls game technology and tactics, and to take a class sports competition, basketball is senior high school student favorite sport, as the mainstay of sports teaching must conform to the situation of the reform of the first, basketball has inherent advantages, the new standard of conduct by basketball teaching can cultivate students' strong determination, spirit of cooperation and communication skills, improve the students' psychological health and social adaptation ability, to the overall quality of students with comprehensive enhancement.Using literature, questionnaire, interview method, Delphi method, mathematical statistics research methods, in reference to the basis of previous studies, and picking basketball teachers and students in Shijiazhuang key high school as the research object to take a investigation on basketball teaching, teachers, students and leadership and teaching subject attitude situation, and based on the investigation results, propose some strategies for key high school basketball teaching, implementing and developing new course standard provide certain theoretical method.Research results shows that: 1. Few basketball teachers in key high school of Shijiazhuang city took training courses, resulting in some teachers could not understand the new curriculum content, partial teachers still uses past teaching methods. 2. Shijiazhuang key high school basketball teaching time arrangements is unreasonable, basketball technique explanation, the demonstration are too much,and student's practice time is excessive, caused that class atmosphere is not active, students lose interests in basketball class 3. Shijiazhuang key public senior high school basketball teachers always explain to practice process, demonstration finally monotonous teaching process,make students have tired of emotions. 4. Part of Shijiazhuang key public senior high school's evaluation on teachers is single, main evaluation method is between teachers and lectures of mutual evaluation method. 5. Students'basketball skill levels is the main way of evaluation in Shijiazhuang key public senior high school, it is not fair. 6. Most of Shijiazhuang key high schools divided the class in natural administrative office way, the teacher in class teaching according to class of general situation of innate physical quality and basketball level, for bad student is unfair, but also difficult for teachers.According to the investigation and analysis above, proposals: 1. Relevant curriculum training department attention network training, the application of school curriculum theory regularly arranged lecture and teaching demonstrations time, strive for teacher training widely optimization, ensure more teachers training. 2. Teachers use own experience and teaching skills, shorten the explanation, demonstration time, practice contents into the basketball game, to arouse students' interests and active class atmosphere. 3. Teacher using the past teaching method on the basis of modern basketball education into suitable teaching method, the new teaching methods will unify reasonably to achieve a better teaching effect. 4.In the evaluation of teachers neither ignore teacher's mutual evaluation, also pay attention on leadership evaluation, and students evaluation.5.In the student evaluation in applying the process of assessment, and students mutual evaluation and other modern evaluation methods and skills appraise unify, to realize the evaluation of comprehensive and fairness. 6. According to the students' interests in class placement may stimulate student's enthusiasm, no matter for the teaching effect on student's lifelong sports or goals have realistic significance to the new standard, the popularity of each school in Shijiazhuang city has motivated.
