In 2020,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era",which requires speeding up the construction of a teaching system that combines moral,intellectual,physical,labor and aesthetic,labor.It is mentioned that the school physical education teaching mode needs to be further optimized to better help teachers guide students to master basketball and other special skills.Basketball special teachers should not only teach students the correct and standardized basic basketball skills that they "should know",but also teach students the basic personal basketball offensive skills that they "should know"..Personal offensive skills are the foundation and focus of basketball teaching,and scientific and reasonable test indicators and evaluation standards for personal offensive skills are helpful for students to better master basketball.At present,the test indicators and evaluation standards of individual offensive skills in the special course of men's basketball in Shanghai high schools are outdated and imperfect.The research on the test indicators and evaluation standards of basketball skills has certain practical value and significance for improving students' basketball skills.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,technical testing and data statistics to construct the test indicators for the individual offensive skills of students in basketball special courses,such as dribbling,passing and shooting,and formulates corresponding indicators for each indicator.Individual evaluation criteria.Research conclusions:(1)After the primary selection of indicators,after the first and second rounds of statistical screening of 13 college basketball teaching and training professors and first-line high school physical education teachers in Shanghai,three levels of individual offensive tests were finally determined.indicators and 11 secondary indicators.Through the test and verification of 328 students in special basketball courses in Shanghai,the index test method developed is strong,simple and clear.(2)The test data of 328 students in special basketball courses in Shanghai were summarized according to different school stages.The results showed that the statistical data of the test indicators showed a normal distribution,and the data could be further applied to the construction of evaluation standards.(3)The single-item evaluation standard of each test index was established by using the percentile method,which provided a practical and reliable standard to better understand the learning situation of Shanghai men's high school students' basketball personal offensive skills,and provided a practical and reliable standard for evaluating Shanghai high school men's basketball.Provide reference for the mastery of individual offensive skills of students in special basketball courses.
