China is in the social transition, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, shall drive a new era of undergraduates to meet the training requirements of Chinese socialist modernization. However, the low effectiveness of the moral education has become the major contemporary moral dilemma. Therefore, the study of the contemporary undergraduates'issues of ideological morality has become an important topic of concern.Mastering a series of issues of the contemporary undergraduates'situation of ideological morality, while deeply understanding the importance of fostering undergraduates'ideological morality, both are necessary prerequisite to enhance the pertinence, scientific and effectiveness of the university moral education, and to promote the full and healthy development of the contemporary undergraduates. Higher education is the critical period for Chinese undergraduates. In university, they can establish the correct values, outlook on life and world view, also an important stage to inherit and carry forward the select national traditions, to form their own moral character. Therefore, exploring the series of the ideological morality issues of the contemporary undergraduates to strengthen ideological morality education, and increase their ethics, while it is significant to enhance national pride and cohesion of the undergraduates, to train qualified successors for our country.On the basis of reading a large number of the relevant domestic and foreign research materials and documents of ideological morality, also with the ideological morality issues of the contemporary undergraduates. I have mastered the theoretical knowledge of the contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality, and conducted in-depth analysis and concepts, with finishing, refining, and analyzing the collected data, and then summarized the basic framework of this paper.Part one, the general overview of the undergraduates'ideological morality, based on summarizing the results in previous studies, analyzing the concept, structure and formation development process of the undergraduates'ideological morality, laying the groundwork for further analysis of the issues of the contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality. Undergraduates'ideological morality is based on certain social and individual value systems to internalize their own integral part of personality, as a kind of social ideology, reflecting a degree of social existence, but also the dynamic performance of the main character and tendentious and stability characteristics. The undergraduates'ideological morality is not only one structure of their own overall quality, but also the composition of itself is an integral structure, while the structure of the undergraduates'ideological morality is the unity of cognition, emotion, motivation and activity. Under the guidance of the society values, the undergraduates'ideological morality is through the construction of individual self-realization. During this process, the undergraduates'ideological morality will achieve two transformations: the first one, external ideological concepts, political viewpoints and ethical standards turned into their own viewpoints or beliefs; the second one, the undergraduates'concept of the ideological, the political perspectives and the moral standards or ethical believers turned into behavior patterns and then acting on society.China is in the historical transformation of the new time, along with the continued deepening of the reform and opening, and gradually established socialist market economic system, even more open political and economic environment, and more rapid development of modern science and technology to promote our contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality showing new developed characteristics.Part two, summarizes and analyzes the main issues of the contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality, and then analyzes the causes.Simultaneously, fully understand the new developed characteristics of the contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality; we should also realize the main issues in the development of undergraduates'ideological morality, in the process of the formation and development of undergraduates'ideological morality, appears confused and perplexed moral cognition, moral apathy, moral weak will, then causing cognition and activity mixed; with merging issues through society, school, family and undergraduates analyzing the causes.Part three, to tackle the issues and propose the corresponding measures in order to promote the contemporary undergraduates'ideological morality comprehensive healthy development. Strategies for promoting ideological morality development of the contemporary undergraduates, as follow, firstly, to improve the social and moral environments: standardize and perfect socialist market economy, strengthen the socialist core values education; to strengthen the management of Internet services in China. Secondly, to strengthen the university moral education: scientific planning of university moral education goal, improving the contents of university moral education, strengthening the university moral education team construction, expanding the university moral education channels and improving the university moral education methods. Thirdly, emphasis on the family moral education: establish the correct concept of family moral education and create the harmonious and democracy family atmosphere; finally, to strengthen the undergraduates'practice consciously in moral cultivation: increasing their own morality consciousness, improving their own morality awareness, tempering their own morality will and strengthening their own morality practice.
