Computing power, thinking ability and space imagination ability is the three basic ability in senior middle school maths goal of cultivating. The study about computing power is more, but the computing power of about high school students study is less. Due to the senior middle school students in junior middle school students and elementary school students develop the ability of operations are obviously different , senior middle school student's operation level of higher, senior middle school students in the operations of the thinking, way of thinking is required to higher than junior middle and elementary school students. This paper is summarized computing power in previous studies carried out on the basis of the research.In the conical section part of study, the requirements of computing power than other parts , so this paper selects out through the teaching of conical section to research the cultivation of senior high school students . This is the feasibility of this study. At the same time in this study the teaching of conical section for background, it is not done previous research. This is innovations.This paper were five chapters content. The first chapter is the introduction. It is mainly on the previous studies, puts forward its own research achievements in the above question, the research significance, and so on. How to strengthen and improve students' operation ability has become an international mathematics education reform's one of the important content. Mathematical Computing power is the senior middle school mathematics learning's one of the most basic ability . It is not only the students' future continue to study math, form other mathematical ability foundation, or a student for the further development of the necessary skills. So it is very necessary for senior middle school students to cultivate study computing power.Chapter 2 is a senior middle school student computing power present situation investigation. The author now teach in hebei province xingtai WeiXian 1 senior middle school. In part of the senior grade two in class as the research object, The author has carried on the questionnaire survey, and the part of students and teachers conducted interviews .The survey found that high school students of computation is not optimistic, mainly in the basic knowledge system master is not comprehensive, thinking method to good use. Thinking, habits can not well satisfy conical section part of the study. All of these are the effect of computing power factor. If above is bad, senior middle school students'computing power is difficult to truly achieve improved.The third chapter is in personal practice. From the teaching environment, teacher's teaching idea and teaching mode, students, etc ,the author finds reasons. First of all, for the reason in teaching environment, scores more valued than ability. Schools, parents, teachers and students to score more than attention to the cultivation of ability. Secondly some teachers teaching concept is still relatively old . Teaching mode still stays in the "spoon-feeding" teaching mode, which can't adapt to the new situation of students' requirements. The third is students in aspects of cognitive structure of incomplete, the relationship between lack of knowledge, not very good to adapt to the current study, the mathematical way of thinking master is not very reliable, etc.Unite the author in the practice teaching of conical section in WeiXian no.1 middle school, in full investigation status and summarized based on the cause, in the fourth chapter, this paper puts forward some improvement, some countermeasures of high school operation ability, practices and requirements. First of all teachers' knowledge structure to comprehensive, so we can help students establish complete knowledge system. Conical section part of knowledge, this article detailed the extension of the more this part of the basic conclusion lists come out, this can help students establish a complete knowledge system. Secondly, teachers should pay attention to the choice, elaborate exercises at ordinary times exercises for students from selected questions in found some problem solving rule. Third, the teaching process teachers should also pay attention to problem-solving mentality and thinking of the summary, pay attention to the cultivation of solving thought to problem-solving thought to improve highlighted, can play the computing students twice the result with half the effort. Finally should also help students form good problem-solving habit, establish healthy learning theory, this is also learning itself foothold. Computing needs above various knowledge and the ability to truly improve support. Only students comprehensive knowledge base structure, problem solving thinking methods are clear, can in solving questions need not too much consideration question trains of thoughts, when the problem solving thinking method considering less and natural computing can invest more energy. Then computing will change the relaxed, talent and speed and precision can really rais, the computing power.It is concluded that this research conclusion: computing power as the senior middle school training target's one of the three basic ability. To improve students' computing power relates to learning about the various factors. First of all students should build completely the basic knowledge system. Secondly students will further exercise all kinds of thinking.The third is the students should summarized the thinking method of solving problems. The fourth cultivate good problem-solving habit.Finally establish healthy problem-solving psychological quality. When the problem solving, computation easier free, senior middle school students'computation will naturally grow.
