Firstly, this article studied the related theories of non-profit organization through the document analysis, and summarized the external advantages and internal advantages in the provision of public service and improvement of social environment. The main purpose is to study the fundamental reason of its defects ,and research the pattern and successful path of developed countries or regions in the current development. On this basis, we can seek for the path of improving the status combining with its own characteristics. At the same time, the article described the theory and classification of non-profit organization in the developed countries and regions. Then, it discussed the incomplete legal norms, unsmooth financing channels and unobvious regulatory bodies of our country's non-profit organization, and researched the external difficulties and internal deficiencies in order to find out the problems and the solution. Next, through using the comparative analysis to study the advanced experiences which contain the importance of the organization's legal status, diversity funding models and complete regulatory system in developed countries and regions, to find out the gaps between our country's non-profit organization and developed countries and regions'. According to this, we reach the conclusion that our country should adopt the centralized legislation to formulate a unified law of the non-profit organization, enrich the funding channels through marketing strategy and improve the main bodies of the external supervision and internal control. At last, through using case study approach to analyze the establishment, dilemma and transformation of"One Foundation", and reach the conclusion that its success lies in the government support and its unremitting efforts.
