The Research On Construction Of The Harmonious Logistics In The Universities

Logistics is the important component of education system in universities, which is closely related to the life, health and safety of the students in general; and it is to ensure a normal and good educational operation in universities, which is highly related to the stability of universities and society at large. Before the reform and opening policy in China, the drawbacks of the planned economy system has severely restricted the work efficiency and service quality of university logistics, accordingly it also hampers the development of higher education. Since the implementation of the reform in University Logistics, we have made great achievements in recent years, which effectively guaranteed the rapid development of higher education in China. There have been many new problems, conflicts and confusion arising though the achievements we got, which largely hindered the further development of university logistics. Hu Jintao, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee put forward the scientific concept of development in the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee in October 2003, pointed out the direction for the university logistics. Taking the scientific concept of development as the guidance and seeking new ways to construct the harmonious university logistics are the significant subjects the staffs today have researches and explorations on. The harmonious construction of university logistics is very essential and with practical significance to promote the sustainable, healthy and stable development of higher education.Therefore, this article aims at exploring the important ways to construct a harmonious logistics system guided by the scientific concept of development, through the elaboration of this concept and the definition of harmonious logistics and with the beginning of analysis to the current university logistics, combining the case studies in several universities.This paper is divided into three parts:in the first part, it is an outline of the construction of harmonious logistics, including the clarification of its basic features, the principles observed and the significance; In the second part, it is to analyze and highlight the main achievements since the reform of university logistics, to point out the main problems in which and made the corresponding analysis, and to seize the opportunities on the basis of exploration to the current situation. In the third part, it mainly focuses on the four ways to construct the harmonious logistics. Firstly, it is to construct by scientific development; secondly, to make by friendly and harmonious environment; thirdly, to realize by culture construction; fourthly, to build by scientific management.
