The paper is consists of introduction, three chapters of main contents, conclusion, references and appendix.In the introduction, it states the literature review, topic selection, research method and necessary definition.In the first chapter, the researcher briefly introduces the HouQiaoBao village from its history, geographical location, population and economic condition.In the chapter two, researcher mainly presents the changes of marriage values of HouQiaoBao. And, The researcher investigate and analysis the changes from the ways of choosing marriage spouse, scope of marriage spouse, criteria of choosing a marriage spouse and betrothal gift in the process of urbanization.In the chapter three, the researcher meticulously studies the changes in family life from the structure of family, way of supporting the family, child education and distribution of property in the process of urbanization.In the conclusion, researcher summarize the changes in marriage and family life of HouQiaoBao in the process of urbanization, at the same time analysis the reasons for the changes.
