With the rapid development of the information revolution and the popularity ofthe Internet, it is possible to take advantage of electronic bussiness, the representativeof advanced productive force and bussiness model, to solve the problems facingagriculture, rural areas and farmers. Taking peng village as a case, this paper exploresthe impacts of network development on rural economic. The peasants in peng villagespontaneously enter the big market via the internet, and the market has driven thedevelopment of local industrialization and promoted the emerging of familyfactory——the mainstay of furniture industry cluster. As family returns to the principalposition in economics, peng village has realized the integration of production andlivelihood and formed a new way to have wealth in net age.The emergence, development and operation of family factory has its ownlogic.through the online sales, the market has driven the emerging of the familyfactory.the two forces of industrialization and family separation system provide thesocial basis for the coming of family factory. the inner resources of the core family arefully made used of. the effeciency of producting and selling are ensured by thecooperating with other social groups beyond the core family. Peng village is facingmany promblems,such as foreword competition,fortress products,earth limited. Butoverall, family factory has improved manufacturing, service, logistics, industrycluster’s expanding as well as the transition of service and social environment. Thepeasants are transferred from traditional to modern people. The Government is startingto pay attention to grass-force and changing the way of management and service. Thedevelopment of peng village enables us to be aware of “better country, better life”.
