Improving Population Diathesis: The Study On Promoting The Mongol Nation's Development

Inner Mongolia is a nation municipality taking Mongol nation as main body and taking Han nation as majority, there is also great differences in nature and social economy between Inner Mongolia and hinterland of the country. Population development has its intercommunity with the country, but there also exists its own unique character. Mongolian population development and its characteristics in Inner Mongolia has consanguineous relation with the physical geography,the nation,the economic character in this area, furthermore it also has close relation with the Mongolian population development after liberating Inner Mongolia,Inner Mongolia municipal economic and cultural development,nation-region autonomic policies. Increasing the number of national population is the basics of the national development, improving the diathesis of natioal population is the essential symbol.Before liberating Inner Mongolia municipality, the development of the Mongolian population is very slow. Chinese government pioneered Mongolian development after its coming into existence. Inner Mongolia carried out nation-region autonomic policies, thereby realized the equality of the nations, tending towards the way of nations solidarity and prosperity together, also stimulated quick increasing of Mongolian population.From 1980s, population explosion in our country has made important impact on economic and social development, therefore, the government advanced the policies on controlling the number of the population and improving the diathesis of the population. Meanwhile, the population of the minority nations developed quickly, the increasing speed of Mongolian population is relatively stable, but there appears such contradiction between the increasing of the population and enviormental capacity in Mongolian people habitating area. To realize the prosperity and development of the Mongolian nation and to meet each nations' physical and cultural need in Inner Mongolia, this article analyzes the existing problems in the diathesis of Mongolian population according to the history and actuality of the development of the Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia, and advances the some relevant countermeasures and suggestions:keeping the stability of the Mongolian population increase, moderately controlling the number of the population and improving the disthesis of the populaiton are the external demand for the development of the Mongolian nation. To realize the ideal mode of the population development and to promote the whole development of the Mongolian nation, we must implement planned parenthood, optimize the body stuff; develop national education to improve the all nation's cultural level; carry forward the eniment nation's traditional culture to improve the nation's moral level.
