The term of quality education was first proposed by domestic scholars in the late 20th century, it is a new concept of term which is distinctive from Chinese characteristics. the goal is to improve the quality of the mode of education, the quality of people's ideological and moral education, it emphasis the quality, ability, personality development, physical health and mental health; the fundamental purpose of quality education is to comprehensively improve the basic quality of people such as human subjectivity and initiative, it also focus on improving the development potential and the formation of human personality as the fundamental characteristics.Today the education content of quality education can be divided into seven aspects: physical health, psychological, political quality, and moral qualities, skills qualities, artistic quality. The seven broad areas include the main aspects of quality education. we should always focus on the seven aspects in the implementation process, but these aspects are not mechanically pieced together, they are inherently logically linked.The intrinsic relationship of these areas will help prioritize the educational process has a definite purpose, step by step, which can make education be improved better. To this end, I will use the Marxist philosophy to analyze the development of these elements in perspective, and I will strive to make a clear and logical explanation of the main aspects of quality education. Although the development of quality education is inadequate, we should acknowledge their achievements. Using contradictive analysis method to explain the development of quality education can help us have a clean and correct attitude towards quality education, and then make some sensible plans. I will use the conflict analysis and process analysis to research the history of the development of quality education. And meanwhile I will make distinguish between the basic education and the quality education in order to give people a better understanding of quality education.
