This article discusses the issue of conflict concerned with the education quality evaluation in China's middle school education practice, in the meantime it is also a hotspot social issue. To be prepared for the challenges in the 21st century, the Chinese government is relentlessly promoting the quality education. As the quality education theory and the education evaluation criteria related to the quality education are not complete, there are certain confusion and discrepancy in the understanding of quality education. Due to the long-term impact of examination-oriented middle school education in China, currently there is a conflict between examination-oriented education quality evaluation system and quality education quality evaluation system. The main reason for the conflict between different education quality evaluation systems is the conflict between different education quality evaluation values of different evaluation bodies, and is the conflict between the selections of education ideals and realistic interests during the education.Section 1 of this article starts from the hotspot social issues and highlights the introduction and analysis of two different education quality evaluation systems in China's middle schools. Section 2 analyzes the objectivity and inevitability of the two education quality evaluation systems. Section 3 reveals the human factors affecting the middle school education quality evaluation conflict with case study by focusing on the education concepts and values represented by the students, parents and principal. Section 4, on the basis of analysis and demonstration, proposes the strategies and solutions for the conflict between the two education quality evaluation systems.
