With the development of the science and the progress of the society, the angles of the scientific education's value which is put forward by different countries and different educators is also different. Science course is projected base on scientific education's value orientation.Therefore, appeared many projects about science curriculum,either.From the beginning of the 19th century, scientific education was obtained the world's attention gradually. Many educators and scholars have proposed a lot opinions about scientific education's value orientation and also have summarized a lot of the designs of the scientific curriculums. Due to the scientific education was started later in our country, therefore, our country mostly profits from the overseas'scientific education's value orientation and the curriculum project ideas to carry out the scientific education. However, because our country's traditional education is entrenched, so our country's scientific education returned to the traditional education in the process of development gradually. Based on this phenomenon, in order to improve our students' scientific literacy authentically, raises the full scale development talented person, our country have pay more attention to the research of the project on scientific education curriculum.Although there are a variety of researches of project on curriculum in our country, however, in the field of the scientific curriculum design is a blind spots. Most of the relevant researches are merely based on the other course design researches and it's not based on our own country's actual conditions to research. The researchers have just oriented the research of our country's scientific curriculum to the ideal of scientific education, or just consult over the idea of the foreign education, the target of foreign training , the pattern of the foreign curriculum, and forget the advantages of our country's education completely,apply it on our country's scientific edution directly. Therefore, the results of the research did not reflect the value of scientific sincerely and also did not achieve its training goal all the more.Therefore, upon to the above situation, this article will compare the history and the value orientation of the domestic and the overseas'scientific education,consult the domestic and the overseas'illustrations,contact the advantage of our country's education,based on the humanities value orientation to research on projecting the middle school scientific curriculum.
