Investigation Of High-level College Volleyball Teams' Current Development And Influencing Factors In Shanghai

As the reformation of competitive sports in China, holding high-level sports team in university is the trend of developing competitive sports in the future, which is one of the important tasks in university's physical education as well. This thesis take high-level college volleyball teams in Shanghai as objects, then investigate and study their current development and influencing factors with literature,questionnaire,statistics and ratiocination, and put forward countermeasure connected with actual situation at last. The countermeasure is in order to promote the comprehensive development of university volleyball in Shanghai for reference.We can make some conclusions as follow:1.Both male and female players of high-level college volleyball teams in Shanghai are on their suitable age, but their heights are lower than our national teams. Their training periods are very long, and their sports experiences are very abundant as well. Most of them are graduated from senior middle school, and this is beneficial for the sustainable development of competitive sports.2.The coaches of high-level college volleyball teams in Shanghai have enough experience and knowledge, good education background and excellent ability to ensure the training effect.3.The sites and facilities of high-level college volleyball teams in Shanghai can meet the demand of daily training.4.There are still several obvious problems of high-level college volleyball teams in Shanghai, such as poor management, single educational mode, poor experience of matches, contradiction between study and training, financial problems, source of students, the coaches ability etc.Among the influencing factors, players themselves bring the biggest influence, coaches and universities bring less influence, the third ones are the teachers and competent departments, social environmental factor bring least influence.In the last part of this thesis, there are some advices:(1)improve the coordinated training system from primary school, middle school to the university (2)improve the professional level of coaches (3)relieve the contradiction between study and training, consummate financial mechanisms (4)establish regular training mechanisms, strengthen the coaches ability (5)solve financial problems...
