The Evaluation Of The Level Of Influencing Factor To University Scientific Research Teams

Current society is monitored by knowledge, and technological innovation is developingdramatically.It is undeniable that knowledge innovation has become the most necessarymethod.The institution of higher education is an important component of the national creativesystem and the base for storing talents.So it is very critical to do a research about theinfluence of the development of scientific team in higher education institution.This essay is mainly about the university scientific research team, and I commit myselfto do research about the influence of the team. In the first place, I do the clear definition ofthe higher education scientific team through analyzing the background and researchmethodology of this kind of team in overseas university. Secondly, I do detailed analysisabout the team in my university based on the characteristics about my school.I createevaluation system for the team,using academic theory.I do questionnaire and interviewjob,and I do reasonable analysis with professional statistical software.These work are allaccording to the successful experience of our ancestors. I design a professional analyticalsystem for the higher education system based on the data.According the modal and realcases,I do reasonable evaluation and suggestion.Lastly, I propose some usefulrecommendations for the scientific team in higher education institution in our country.
