The Study Of The Affects And Strategies Of The Village Clans On The New Rural Construction

Building a new socialist countryside in all respects is a great strategy to improve the rural living environment in the new period,improve their living quality and cultural quality,and build a harmonious socialist countryside. The effect of clan in village life can not be ignored in the process of this great strategy implementation. With the reform development and social transformation,the clan which has been suppressed since modern times,becomes recovery as a major force to maintain and regulate people's social relations in rural areas in Hainan, and affects all aspects of rural life. How to deal with the renaissance of the village clan is related to the clan's survival and continuity in rural areas, the evaluation of traditional culture and the problem of building a new socialist countryside. Through combing the literature after the village clan revival, I find that the evaluation of village among most people clan is not comprehensive and objective. This paper unifies the survey of most areas in Hainan to investigate the rise and decline of Hainan village Clan in modern times,analyze the reasons and modern features for revival village clan in Hainan, point out the village clans positive and negative effects in the process of building new rural countryside, propose some measures to eliminate the negative impact of the village clan, promote rational treatment of the village clan, and actively use village clans to promote the new rural construction.This paper along with the introduction and conclusion is divided into six parts. In the introduction, it mains about the research origin and research significance of the topic,combs the reasons of the village clan renaissance in the academic circle and the attitudes people hold,and define the core concept of the article related. In the first chapter, it describes the evolution of the rise and fall of the Village Clan in the perspective of history.The second chapter analyzes the main reason and characteristics of the village clan revival in the new period.The third chapter makes a comprehensive objective evaluation of the village clan, and points out the positive and negative effects of the clans in the construction of new rural villages. The fourth chapter proposes some countermeasures that digest the negative impact of the Village Clan and actively use Village Clan in the new rural construction. In the conclusion, it mainly advocates people to treat village clan rationally, use this power actively,and discusses the future trend of village clan.The information used in this paper is obtained by literature review and field work methods of anthropological ,I did several field surveys in Haikou,Danzhou,Wanning and other places, observed local clan activities, interviewed village cadres and the elder villagers,and gathered local documentary material. But due to the special nature of the topic, the first-hand material is not enough for this article,and it causes the imperfections.
