With the successive years of enrollment expamsion of universities and colleges and the continuous adjustment of employment policy, in China, the difficult employment amony college graduates has become increasingly serious. There are many factors that lead to college students'difficult employment, in addition to some extrinsic objective factors such as economic and social development, disciplines, major students'individual subjective factors also play an important role in the job hunting among which the difference of views of employment college students have is one of the important reasons why it affects college students'employment result. College students'view of employment are formed while they are in the process of reading and social practice, which are a relatively stable awareness, evaluation, attitudes, methods, psychological tendencies, and guiding ideology with which when they select some kind of social career. Therefore, it is necessary to give a deep research, analysis and exploration into college students'views of employment problem. This paper interpretation the basic meaing of views of employment from five angles which are employment awareness, employment ideals, employment psychological motivation, employment calues and employment measures respectively.The author understands college graduates'views of employment status in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through field investigation, combined with the relevant existing theory methods and research results and analyzes it, together with the remaining problems, according to which, this paper raises educational countermeasures of college students'views of empolyment from college students'subjective preparation, educational guidence related to schools and multi-effort from family and society.
