Research On The Impact Of The "Four Profound Changes" On The College Students’ Views Of Choosing Employment

At present,China is going through a wide-ranging and deep-going transformation and has entered the key period of reform and development, and all levels of society are conducting their adjustments and transitions. This situation is epitomized by the "four profound changes", whose meaning is that economic system reforms deeply, social structure changes profoundly, interest structure adjusts deeply, idea changes deeply. In the context of the key period of reform and development,and in the new employment situation, the employment problem of college students has become the hot issue of common concern to the whole society. The "four profound changes" profoundly impacts the the college students’ views of choosing employment,and the college students’ views of choosing employment show some new features and development trends.The correct views of choosing employment is the prerequisite and guarantee of the successful employment of college students.
