Study On Cultural Education Of Reserve Sports Talents Of Jiangxi Sports School

Cultural education of athletes influences directly the sustainable developments of athletic sports, the cultivation of reserve sports talents and the raising of athletes'competitive levels. And the lack of cultural education is not conducive for the all-round development of athletes. In terms of sports talents'training system, China's is the"three-level training network"system, and the training mode of athletes is the pyramid structure characterized by high elimination rate. Although the athletes cultivated under this system have made remarkable achievements in national arena, the problem that the athletes'cultural quality is relatively poor is being exposed. In the long run, the lack of cultural education is unfavorable to the athletes'adaptation to the intense social completion after their retirement. Therefore, strengthening cultural education of athletes is the foundation of guaranteeing the continuing education of athletes. Jiangxi Sports School is the only provincial secondary specialized school. It has been bringing up many world champions and Olympic champions for our country and supplying reserve sports talents for national and provincial teams, which makes great contribution to the cause of sports. However, in recent years, Jiangxi Sports School is confronting some problems, such as serious shortage of students, the shrinking of amateur training teams etc, all which has become a major obstacle for the school to maintain the vitality. Therefore, how to maintain the vitality of amateur training, make the school continually cultivate the reserve sports talents of high culture, high quality and good skills, and strengthen the cultural education of athletes are the important issues calling for immediate solutionBy focusing on the cultural education of reserve sports of Jiangxi Sports School and adopting such research methods as literature searching, interviewing, statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes a thorough investigation and systematic analysis of the basic information, the personal and external factors influencing cultural education of athletes of Jiangxi Sports School. In accordance with the investigation results, this paper comes up with the measures to promote the cultural education of reserve sports talents of Jianxi Sports School, in the hope of providing some research basis and theoretical reference for other scholars who also devoting to the cultural education of athletes.
