Wrestling has a long history,and our wrestling culture has a long history.However,under the impact of the marketization of sports and the adjustment of Olympic events,my country’s reserve of wrestling talents is insufficient.In recent years,the state has promoted the "Integration of Sports and Education" project,aiming to make up for each other’s pain points and deficiencies through the collaboration of the sports and education departments.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore a solution to the plight of reserve talents in wrestling competition from the perspective of theoretical research on "the integration of sports and education".This study uses literature,interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods to comprehensively sort out the concept of "sports and education integration",and conduct a long-term follow-up survey of the Jiangxi Classical Wrestling Team and analyze its existence.Question,finally use the theoretical perspective of "sports and education integration" to explore the development path of Jiangxi classical wrestling competitive sports reserve talents.The specific research results are as follows:Firstly,At the level of theoretical analysis,comprehensive literature review and expert interview results show that the integration of sports and education in the new era is based on the declining physique level of young people in my country,the deviation of school sports development,and the placement of competitive sports talents.In response to the changes in the social environment of the new era,the development of integration of sports and education will have the characteristics of the times such as strategy,comprehensiveness,integrity,coordination,and characteristic behavior.Secondly,At the level of practical investigation,through a practical investigation of the whole process of training reserve talents for classical wrestling in Jiangxi Province,we can see that: at this stage,the Jiangxi classical wrestling team is a professional training team with a long history and rich achievements.Due to the risk of being retired from the Olympics in wrestling,the overall shrinkage of wrestling and the lack of comprehensive layout of training strategies in the process of training reserve talents for competitive sports,lack of systematic science in training and selection,lack of theoretical guidance in the training process,lack of coordination and cooperation in training and placement,and lack of training concepts Personality characteristics and other issues.Thirdly,At the level of theoretical exploration,in view of the problems in the process of training reserve talents for classical wrestling in Jiangxi Province,based on the concept of the integration of sports and education in the new era,explore the specific path for the training of reserve talents for classical wrestling in Jiangxi Province in the future: Construct a collaborative strategy of sports and education integration,and comprehensively deploy talent training;open up circulation channels for the integration of sports and education to scientifically guide talent selection;build a communication platform for integration of sports and education to give play to their respective educational advantages;improve the integration and sharing mechanism of sports and education,and expand talent placement space;innovation The development characteristics of sports and education are integrated,and the development of talents is emphasized.
