After the invention of steam engine and the manufacture of the industrialization, the information transmission pushed the social advancement entirely. Since we carried out the reformation, the competition power of our country has built up increasingly, but the progress is in the face of the whole competition. Because the economy and society trend to the globe, it is necessary that every developing country must face the challenge. Thus, we can catch hold of the opportunity and promote the development.The competition of times is the competition of the person with ability. Early in 1983, Deng Xiao Pin pointed out that education must face the modernization, face the world, and face the future. With the international study and communion cooperate; we need to train a lot of professional people who have international consciousness, association ability and competition ability, so that we can obtain superiority in the world. This requires higher request in our school education such as high school and universities. The education must face the world; it means that education must be on the way of training professional and skillful people. Under this background, bilingual teaching is drawing much attention in our society.The author is thinking of training high quality of the students. She uses the chemistry information that appears in the text books, and uses the international language (English) as the research carrier, and then combines the theory with the practice. This experiment has yielded some good results and summarizes some teaching method. Meanwhile, she also thinks about the following questions: how to put the educational quality into practice; how to join the middle education and high education; what else shall we do in order to train more people who have the ability of strength and competition.In this paper, the efforts are made in theoretical and practical research. We introduce the definition of bilingual education and bilingual teaching, compare the bilingual teaching status of China with those abroad, then analyze the main factors that affect the spreading of bilingual teaching, discuss the pedagogical theories that supply support for bilingual teaching.With the help of the research, the author opened an elective course in Senior I. This process can divide into two steps: the first is to develop their ability of science and language (English) step by step. The second is to bring up students' science attainment and international consciousness, develop their comprehensive quality.For evaluating, mainly take the way of paper tests or questionnaire etc.Summarized and considered about how to train suitable people to the future.
